Gamma Brineshrimp Slab 250g

What It Is

Gamma Brineshrimp Slab is a premium frozen food made from 100% natural brine shrimp (Artemia). Unlike the blister packs, the slab format provides a solid 250g block that can be portioned to suit your aquarium, making it an economical choice for larger aquariums, fish rooms and anyone feeding frozen food regularly. Every slab is rapidly packed, sealed, frozen and gamma irradiated to eliminate harmful parasites and bacteria while preserving its nutritional quality.

Why We Like It

Brineshrimp is one of the best foods for encouraging fish to feed, making it particularly useful for newly imported livestock, fussy eaters and fish settling into a new aquarium. We recommend it as part of a varied feeding programme rather than a complete diet on its own.

The slab format is ideal if you get through frozen food quickly. Instead of paying for individually sealed cubes, you simply cut or break off the amount you need, making it excellent value for larger aquariums and customers feeding multiple tanks. Like the blister packs, it's the same trusted Gamma food used throughout Tropical Marine Centre's UK fish holding facilities.
