Designed to fit compatible 4-inch filter sock holders, the cup can be filled with your choice of filter floss or suitable mechanical filtration media. Instead of washing and replacing filter socks, simply remove the used floss and replace it with fresh material.

The open design allows water to pass through the filtration media, helping capture suspended particles, uneaten food and detritus before they circulate through your aquarium system.

How to Use

1. Remove your existing 4-inch filter sock.
2. Place the media cup into the compatible filter sock holder.
3. Add a suitable amount of aquarium filter floss.
4. Allow water to flow through the media.
5. Replace the floss regularly to prevent excessive detritus build-up and restricted water flow.

Good to Know

Avoid packing filter floss too tightly, as this can restrict water flow. Check the cup regularly and ensure your filtration system's emergency overflow remains unobstructed.
