What It Is

The Kreisel Jellyfish Tank has been specifically designed for keeping jellyfish safely. Unlike a conventional aquarium, a kreisel creates a gentle circular flow of water that keeps jellyfish suspended in the water column without allowing them to become trapped against corners, overflows or pumps.

This circular flow is essential because jellyfish are almost entirely made of water and are extremely delicate. In a standard aquarium they can quickly become damaged by sharp corners, strong directional flow or filtration equipment. A true kreisel keeps them gently drifting, closely replicating their natural environment.
