modern reef calcium 1L

What It Is

Modern Reef Ca+ Calcium is a highly pure calcium supplement designed to maintain and correct calcium levels in marine reef aquariums. Calcium is one of the three major elements in reef chemistry, alongside alkalinity and magnesium, and is essential for the growth of corals, coralline algae and other calcifying organisms.

Why We Like It

Calcium is continuously consumed by growing corals as they build their skeletons, making stable levels essential for healthy growth and development. Maintaining the correct calcium level also helps ensure your alkalinity and magnesium systems remain balanced.

We like the Modern Reef approach because it allows calcium levels to be adjusted accurately based on testing rather than guesswork. Whether used as part of a complete dosing system or to make targeted corrections, it provides a reliable way to maintain stable reef chemistry.
