Why We Like It

The Mosquito Shrimp is a fascinating little cleaner shrimp that brings constant movement and activity to a reef aquarium. Its slender transparent body, bright markings and long antennae make it surprisingly eye-catching despite its small size. Often found perched on rockwork or hovering in the water column, it will happily scavenge leftover food and may even perform cleaning duties for larger fish. Peaceful, reef safe and full of character, it is an excellent addition to nano and larger reef systems alike.
