What It Is

Why We Like It

Good activated carbon is one of the simplest ways to keep aquarium water looking its best. In reef aquariums it can help remove toxins released by corals, while in fish systems it helps reduce the build-up of dissolved waste that can leave water looking yellow or dull.

Nyos Active Carbon is low in phosphate and has a hard pellet structure that produces very little dust compared to many cheaper carbons, making it easy to rinse and use.
