What It Is

Nyos Phosphate+ is a high-purity phosphate supplement designed to safely increase phosphate levels in reef aquariums. It raises phosphate without adding unwanted nutrients or contaminants, allowing reefkeepers to make precise adjustments where levels have fallen too low.

Why We Like It

Modern reef keeping has moved on from the idea that phosphate should always be as close to zero as possible. Corals require both nitrate and phosphate to thrive, and systems running excessively low nutrients often suffer from pale colours, poor growth and reduced coral health.

Phosphate+ provides a simple way to correct low phosphate without dramatically increasing feeding or making wider changes to the aquarium. We particularly like it for systems where nitrate is already in range but phosphate has become depleted, creating an imbalance that can be difficult to solve through feeding alone.
