What It Is

The Nyos TORQ G2 Body is the reactor chamber used with the Nyos TORQ G2 Dock. Available in multiple sizes, it holds the filter media while allowing water to flow evenly through the entire chamber, making it suitable for carbon, phosphate remover, zeolite, biopellets and other reactor media.

Why We Like It

The real strength of the TORQ system is its modular design. Rather than owning multiple complete reactors, you can keep different TORQ bodies loaded with different media and swap them onto the dock in seconds. Whether you're replacing exhausted carbon, changing phosphate remover or switching media entirely, the process is quick, clean and doesn't involve disconnecting pipework or removing pumps.

The reactor body also provides even flow through the media bed, helping avoid the channelling often seen when media is simply placed in bags. Combined with the adjustable flow control built into the TORQ system, this allows different media types to be run under the conditions they were designed for.
