What It Is

The Pure 50 RO System is a high-quality reverse osmosis unit capable of producing up to 50 US gallons (approximately 190 litres) of purified water per day. Designed for both marine and freshwater aquariums, it removes the vast majority of dissolved impurities from tap water, providing a clean starting point for mixing saltwater or topping up evaporation.

Why We Like It

The quality of your aquarium water starts long before it reaches the tank. Tap water can contain nitrate, phosphate, silicate, chlorine, heavy metals and many other impurities that can contribute to nuisance algae and make maintaining a healthy aquarium more difficult.

The Pure 50 offers the same proven RO performance as the Advanced model, making it an excellent choice for aquarists who already own a handheld TDS meter or simply want a reliable, straightforward RO unit. It removes contaminants before they ever reach your aquarium, giving you complete control over the water you use. For the best possible water quality, we recommend pairing it with a DI resin stage to produce ultra-pure RODI water.
