Why We Like It:

The Shotsilk Goby is a striking sand-sifter with a shimmering body marked by bold orange-red spots. Larger and more substantial than many Valenciennea species, it constantly processes sand, helping maintain a clean substrate. Best suited to larger reef tanks with a deep sand bed and stable rockwork, as it can undermine unsecured structures. A high-impact goby with both function and visual appeal.
