Why We Like It:

Dark, moody, and refined, the Velvet Angel combines deep navy body tones with electric blue edging and a warm golden face. It’s a confident mid-sized angelfish suited to larger FOWLR or carefully managed mixed systems. Not coral safe long-term, but a striking centrepiece species for keepers who want something less common and visually dramatic.
