The Yellowfin Fairy Wrasse is a colourful, active and generally peaceful reef fish that makes an excellent addition to a well-established marine aquarium. It spends much of the day swimming in open water and will often display its brighter colours once settled.

Provide plenty of secure rockwork for shelter, along with open swimming space. Like all fairy wrasses, it is an accomplished jumper, so a tightly fitting lid or mesh cover is essential.

Feeding: Offer a varied diet of frozen mysis, enriched brine shrimp, copepods, finely chopped marine foods and quality marine pellets. Small, regular feeds are ideal for keeping fairy wrasses in good condition.
