Diet: Carnivore – eats frozen meaty foods and scavenges detritus

Why We Like It:

A rarer cousin to the common coral banded shrimp, Stenopus zanzibaricus displays elegant long white antennae and subtle reddish-orange striping. Less aggressive than some other Stenopus species but still best kept singly or as a pair in larger tanks. A beautiful addition to peaceful reef systems where its unique look and behaviour can be appreciated.
